ENTRY: To qualify, you must be a registered member of GayWebmasters.com at 12:00 am PST (GMT-8) on the morning of the drawing AND have posted at least one entry to either the Blog, Forums, OR Resource Directory sections of this site. Every qualifying member will be entered in the drawing regardless of if they have won a previous months drawings.

ELIGIBILITY: To enter this sweepstakes you must be18 years of age or older. Employees of Abstract Random Productions, and the immediate families of these entities (parents, children, siblings, spouse) as well as members of the respective households of these entities (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.

PRIZES: Each month one random member of GayWebmasters.com will be awarded One Thousand ($1000) United States Dollars.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: Drawings will occur on the following dates:

February 1st, 2006
March 1st, 2006
April 1st, 2006
May 1st, 2006
June 1st, 2006

Each month the winner will be posted in the Announcements Forum located here.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All federal, state and other taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (where allowable) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, and voice on a worldwide basis and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. If for any reason, (including, without limitation, strikes or other labor difficulties; fires, floods or other acts of God; acts of government or any subdivision or agency thereof; acts of war; terrorist activities (including, without limitation, a real and substantiated threat of terrorist activities); or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of GayWebmasters.com) the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, GayWebmasters.com shall have the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in any manner that it deems appropriate, in its sole discretion.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the sweepstakes mechanics and implementation, or interpretation of these Official Rules. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the GayWebmasters.com, its agencies, and their respective officers, and employees, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this sweepstakes. Any person attempting to enter robotically, or defraud or in any way tamper with the sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

WINNER CONFIRMATION: Winners will be notified via their registered email address, as well as posted in the Announcements Forum located here.
