It’s definitely a touchy subject. Check out these clips of some of the biggest directors in gay porn discussing it at the AVN Summit earlier this year…
I am an owner of several bareback sites and I also produce bareback DVDs and Videos. I have never had a problem with this. However, I do know that VISA has a problem with urination (it’s a bodily fluid). Because it’s accepted now, doesn’t mean it won’t be accepted on a later date.
Ya, that was pretty interesting. Unfortunately I haven’t made it to any industry events since then. Hopefully I’ll be at Internext in Vegas. I love The Palms.
I don’t think that bareback site material will really cause you anymore grief than any other niche. There are always going to be people who don’t appreciate a certain fetish or fantasy and feel the need to express their opinions on the subject. Bareback material is taboo, so of course, it is in demand. I don’t necessarily agree or disagree with those people who choose to bareback. We are all adults and we have the ability to make decisions for ourselves. Whether the decision is right or wrong depends on only one factor in my opinion. That factor is that it is MUTUALLY agreed upon by both or all parties involved that barebacking is acceptable. As far as I am concerned, if you don’t appreciate a certain fetish or niche, then don’t go to sites that cater to that subject. For example, I don’t understand the fetish with scat so I don’t go to sites that market scat materials.
Bareback porn will always be a big niche. And if there is money it....go for it. I have only one issue. Watch who your getting your content from. You dont want to support producers who pressure models into doing bareback. I have heard horror stories. Its just good all around business.
