Fall Frenzy Contest - Maleflixxx Affiliates Webmaster Contest
Official Rules and Terms and Conditions
Contest Void Where Prohibited By Law
1. Contest Period - The Maleflixxx Affiliates Fall Frenzy Contest begins at 12:00 am. PST on October 1, 2008 (the offer�s start date), and ends at 11:59 pm. PST on October 31, 2008 (the offer’s end date).
2. How does the Contest work? - Every eligible Maleflixxx Affiliate will be given the chance to win one of three cash prizes ($1,000, $500, or $250) based on their sales for the month of October 2008.
3. Prizes and Criteria to Win* -
The affiliate who generates the highest percentage increase in gross sales for the month of October 2008 will win $1,000 US dollars.
The affiliate who generates the 2nd highest percentage increase in gross sales for the month of October 2008 will win $500 US dollars.
The affiliate who generates the 3rd highest percentage increase in gross sales for the month of October 2008 will win $250 US dollars.
* Criteria to win for each contest will be determined using ratios, to ensure that all webmasters have an equal chance to win. In all cases, the determination of winners by Sureflix Digital Distribution, owners and operators of the Maleflixxx Network, will be final. Winning webmasters will have increased their percentage of sales for the month of October 2008 as compared to the average monthly sales from January 1, 2008 until September 30, 2008
4. Eligibility - All contest winners must be at least 21 years of age or of the age of majority to view adult material in their country and/or state, province region or territory. All winners must be registered affiliate of one of the Maleflixxx Affiliate programs (Maleflixxx Build Your Own Cinema, Maleflixxx Referral, Maleflixxx Private Label Theater). As of September 30, 2008, registered affiliate must have total sales of at least $500 or greater over the last 18 months.
7. Notification and Redemption - All winners will be notified by e-mail, no later than the 30th day of November 2008. Prizes will be awarded no later than the 31st of December 2008.
8. Restrictions - The following are prohibited and will result in automatic, permanent expulsion from the Fall Frenzy Contest:
(1) Viewing or tampering with the system, or its source code;
(2) Non-compliance with the official rules of the offer;
(3) Any other act which Sureflix Digital Distributiondetermines, in its sole discretion, jeopardizes the integrity of the offer.
9. Conditions of Participation - All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (Sureflix Digital Distribution) and its Administrators whose decisions in all aspects of this promotion shall be final and binding.
