I hear you on that one Bec, have had the same problem with specific jobs.

i’ve never wished i had a penis - i see absolutely no advantage to it.

and there are men like buck angel who don’t have penises and still have a very masculine presence - and that’s what’s needed most in management, i suspect - not a dick
