I got my start in the adult biz through Audio Text, also known as phone sex, back in 1997. That’s also when I built my first, rather pathetic looking webpage, to promote a date line. I’ve always been a porn junkie, so it was a natural progression when I started my first adult site in 1999. It was just a simple AVS site, but before long I had 150 simple AVS sites, and it was time to go full-time. In 2000 I launched my first membership site, QueerFetish.com, and then in 2001 I had an idea for a “Hot or Not” style rating site for penises. RateARod.com was born, and caught on right from the get go. It wasn’t long before Howard Stern was telling Robin and his listeners about the “Hall of Shame” on RateARod, joking that his picture belongs in there. </p> <p> In 2004 I took on the persona of Dick Hunter when I began directing videos. I re-branded my websites as “Dick Hunter’s...”, which was a great fit for RateARod in particular.
